Hi, I’m Abigail, the heart behind The Guest List.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved bringing people together. What started as a passion for organizing celebrations with family and friends has grown into a career dedicated to creating seamless, memorable events for clients across Florida and beyond.
With years of experience managing everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions, I’ve learned that every event tells a story, and my job is to make sure yours unfolds effortlessly. I specialize in helping even the biggest occasions feel personal and rewarding. Large corporate events can sometimes come across as cold, but I love finding ways to turn them warm, engaging, and unforgettable.
From the first brainstorming session to the final toast, I take pride in the details, the organization, and the personal touches that make each event unique. I believe that the best events aren’t just well-planned,
they’re felt. My goal is always to take the stress off your shoulders so you can stay fully present with your guests while I handle the behind-the-scenes delivery.
When I’m not designing timelines and mood boards, you’ll probably find me by the ocean or in the mountains, gathering inspiration from nature and life’s little celebrations.
